Quanta Process and Project Services Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded a contract by Clean planet Energy (CPE) for design and engineering of a grassroots eco-friendly Plant to manufacture premium retail fuels from waste plastics. Based on technology developed by CPE, the plant converts plastic wastes to premium grade naphtha, ultra-low Sulphur diesel (EN15940), sustainable aviation fuel and fuel oil. The plant, to be located at Teesside, England, is the world’s first plant of its kind.
