Project Description

Chemical Manufacturing Plant for Relocation of 3 nos. of Formaldehyde process Plants from an existing site in Ankleshwar, Gujarat to a new green field site in Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh. All utilities, storages, nonbuilding were new, while the 3 nos. of process plants were relocated.

THE PROJECT FEATURES

  • New green field site
  • Relocation of 105 process equipment like reactors, towers, vessels, exchangers, PHE, pumps, blowers, etc.
  • New utility and storage equipment (total 192) consists of utility packages, scrubbers, vessels, tanks, pumps, etc.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Master planning, Extended Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, HAZOP

NUMBER OF EQUIPMENT

  • There were about 105 number of relocated equipment, while 192 new equipment were installed.
